Color Matching

• Offset:

  Pms ink matching system is utilized. Paper stock is matched as closely as possible. There is a slight color difference between paper lots.

• Screen Print:

  Custom color matches and stock colors are utilized. Garment colors do vary from manufacturing of each lot by the mills.

Delivery & Shipping

Products are shipped daily. In the greater Puget Sound we have pick up and delivery daily, otherwise, your package will be shipped via UPS on a daily basis

Returns

A problem must be reported to our office within 10 working days upon merchandise receipt. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or issue credit for any merchandise returned. A 15% restocking fee and shipping charge will be charged for canceled merchandise / orders. Special orders cannot be canceled once the order is in progress.

Returned Checks

NSF checks are subject to a $20.00 fee per check.
