The goal of Higa’s campaign was to win back their customers and keep them loyal. We revamped their logo to look more inviting and friendly, which was challenging considering they are a meat packing company. Several research techniques were deployed to help win back their customers along with helpful sales training guides.

We called Higa customers over the phone and conducted in depth surveys to gain information but this also served as a successful public relations campaign because it showed clients how hard working and dedicated Higa is when it comes to their customer relations.
